Delivery & shipping

Where do you ship?

At launch, we will ship to all of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. International shipping (EU-wide) will follow within 3 months of launch.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over €75 ship free within Spain. Below that threshold, standard shipping is €4.95. Express next-day delivery will be available for €8.95.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days within Spain. Express delivery: next business day for orders placed before 2 PM. Miravia.es orders follow Miravia's own logistics timelines.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Yes. Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are supported at launch with 4–7 business day delivery. Customs duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. No questions asked.

Are perfumes returnable?

Sealed, unopened perfumes can be returned within 30 days. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons — but we offer a one-time exchange if the scent isn't right for you.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hola@hispanialuxe.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. All returns within Spain include a free prepaid label. For international returns, we cover up to €8 of return shipping costs.
